This weekend, I baked up a storm and stocked up the shelves at the Co-op.
peanut butter coconut because I want to give some to YOU!
I've noticed that this is my most popular flavor (though it's still neck and neck with double chocolate cherry) and I think this giveaway is the perfect opportunity to tell you a little more about this flavor and give you a chance to try some for FREE. So read on to learn more about the product and how to enter.
Like all my granolas, the peanut butter coconut begins with organic old fashioned oats. I then add tons of fresh nuts and seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds) to add crunch and healthy fats.
To make this flavor, I make my own homemade peanut butter and coconut butter, so the ingredients are always super-fresh. I also add lots of unsweetened flake coconut to give the crunch and aroma of coconut without added sugar.
I bring it all together with local honey and bake low and slow until it's crisp and clumpy.
Would you like to try a bag?
