I've been a busy little bee in the bakery.  When I bake, the kitchen looks like this:


I've been plowing through lots of test batches and I'd like to share some abundance with one lucky reader!
Rosie's Best Gift Box Giveaway!

You probably recognize some of the stuff in this box, specifically the granola.  What you can't see well in this stuffed photo is there are a fabulous THREE kinds of granola that come in this box!   The winner gets three ten ounce bags of my best granola.  The first is my basic granola, 
with honey and golden raisins.

My Best Basic Granola Ingredients: Organic oatmeal, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, golden raisins, cinnamon, honey, and salt.

The other two types of granola the winner will receive are not yet in my etsy shop, but I will release and feature each one this week so you'll have a chance to buy some for yourself if you can't wait.

Double Chocolate Cherry
Ingredients:  Organic oatmeal, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cocoa, chocolate chips, dried cherries, cinnamon, honey, and salt.

And my favorite
Peanut Butter Coconut
Ingredients:  Organic oatmeal, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, organic coconut butter, cinnamon, honey, and salt.

The winner will also receive a box of my brand new seed crackers, made with the same mix of seeds from my granola and a small amount of flour.

Seed Crackers

Ingredients:  sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, whole wheat flour, maple syrup, canola oil, salt and pepper

Finally, the winner will receive a small box of my new Spiced Cookies, which are made with homemade spiced almond butter and topped with a little Fleur de Sel.  These are delicious and great for this season!

Spiced Almond Butter Cookies with Fleur de Sel

Ingredients:  homemade almond butter (almonds, organic molasses, maple syrup, cloves, cinnamon, ginger) white whole wheat flour, whole wheat pastry flour, butter, eggs, organic molasses, maple syrup, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and fleur de sel.
